Policies

• Indian Springs Ranch is open for guests all year.
• Check in time is 3 PM or later. Check out time is 11 AM.
• Breakfast is served until 8:45 AM. We serve a variety of breakfasts, so just let us know the evening before what time you would like to eat, so we may accommodate your schedule.
• Children are welcome. Let us know if you have any special needs and we will suggest ways to make their stay more comfortable. There is a swimming pool in the courtyard, so we ask that you supervise your children at all times. We sincerely want you to be comfortable and content with our Inn and our service. Together we can make your stay a wonderful experience!
• For guests’ general health and comfort, we do not allow pets in guest rooms.
• We have found that many guest are allergic to smoke. For this reason, please do not smoke inside. We ask that you smoke outside on our covered patios.
• Deposits are required on all advance reservations.
• Guests who have returned year after year say they feel very comfortable with our old-fashioned hospitality. Our guests are not customers, and they feel that difference from the moment they set foot on our property. We welcome and serve, but do not hover. We are present for guests who have questions or who need advice about were to go, whether it be the sights to see or the nearest health facility, yet we leave them alone to enjoy and just…be. We are happy to relate a little history of the area and our own family history and adventures when guests ask. Breakfasts are varied each day and are home cooked. We pride ourselves in individual service, not generic, commercial hospitality. There is an old-world elegance to be found at our home among the sagebrush and mesquite. We offer a glimpse into the old West, but with the comforts of today’s world.
  
• We offer specials for guests who stay more than a few days, and also for Monday through Thursday nights, when there is no special event going on. There is a 2-night minimum stay required for all special events like NASCAR. Guests are pleased with the value they receive for their money, the quality of service and the beautiful location of our inn at the foothills of the 4ooo ft Estrella Mountain range. The Sierra Estrellas (Star Mountains), viewed from our property are serrated, sharp and rugged-looking, and an awesome sight in contrast with the desert floor.
• We like to say that Indian Springs Ranch Bed and Breakfast offers it’s guests a taste of old world elegance with the rustic flavor of the southwest thrown in.
